Job Title: Building Supervisor, Part-Time
Reports to: Branch Executive Director
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Building Supervisor is primarily responsible for being the liaison between members and staff. They must maintain a positive interpretation and enforcement of facility policies, rules, and guidelines to the YMCA members, guests, and participants.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Shelby County YMCA is seeking a self-motivated, highly responsible person to be the Building Supervisor at times when YMCA leadership is not in the building. The Building Supervisor is responsible for making sure all members, staff and participants are following all YMCA policies, rules, and guidelines to ensure a high level of member satisfaction, enjoyment, and safety. They must handle member questions and address incidents as they occur.
